Relax and watch the experts demonstrate and then get to practice making starters. And then,enjoy the food prepared.It's time to sit back, have a drink and watch the chefs show how the main dishes are made. Again, you get to practice some of the dishes shown in the demonstration. Afterwards, indulge not only the dishes you created, but have many more favourites eaten during the Chinese New Celebrations.

Starters
TOD MUN Classic Thai fishcakes flavoured with spices & lime leaves served with a peanut and cucumber relish
POPIAH Spring rolls with vegetables stir-fried in yellow bean sauce
SUI MAI Steamed chicken and mushroom dumplings
Main Course
GAENG KIEW WAN Thai green chicken curry cooked in a spicy coconut sauce and flavoured with holy basil and kaffir lime leaves
HOMOK Steamed fish in banana leaf boats
MOO KRATIEM Pork slices stir-fried with coriander, garlic and pepper.
PAD PUG RAUM Crisp seasonal vegetables stir-fried and flavoured with soya sauce
KHOW Thai fragrant rice
